1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Due to the customized and perishable nature of our products, refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances, such as: Product received is damaged in transit Wrong product or incorrect customization delivered Non-delivery due to our error (e.g., package lost by courier with no fault from customer side)To be eligible for a refund: You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order You must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue The item must be unused and in its original packaging
2. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: Change of mind after order confirmation Incorrect shipping address provided by customer Delay caused by courier or external logistics partners Personalized/customized items once production begins Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
3. Refund Process:
If your request meets our refund criteria: We will verify the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3 business days If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a monetary refund
4. Partial Refunds
In rare cases where part of the order is affected, we may issue a partial refund based on the value of the damaged or missing item(s).
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders for non-customized products can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
