International Orders

Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Urgent Delivery Requests (India Only)

Multiple Shipments

Orders may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate parcels.

Important Shipping Terms
Delayed or Lost Orders:

Domestic orders: considered lost after 15 business days in transit.

International orders: considered lost after 30 business days.

We are not liable for courier delays or Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, etc.).
Wrong or Incomplete Address:

If returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer.

We are not liable for losses due to address errors at checkout.
Tampered Packages:

If the package appears tampered, do not accept delivery.

If accepted, it is assumed the parcel was received in good condition.
Delivery Availability:

Delivery may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.

Courier partners may not call prior to delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
