Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

Shipping Charges:

  • Orders below ₹3,000 – Shipping charges apply.

  • Orders above ₹3,000 – Free delivery across India.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 working days.

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: Timeline will be discussed individually with the customer.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Courier / Speed Post.

  • For urgent deliveries, Bus parcel service or Premium courier (extra charges apply).

 

International Orders

Shipping Charges:

  • Calculated during checkout.

  • Any changes will be informed to the customer before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline:

  • 7–20 business days (varies by destination, order volume, or customization).

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Method:

  • International Courier Services.

  • Note: Customer is responsible for any local taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive:

        - Shipping confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

        - Tracking ID & carrier link.

  • You will also be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments. No extra charges apply.

 

Urgent Delivery Requests (India Only)

  • Available on request.

  • Shipped via Bus Parcel or Premium Courier services.

  • Charges for expedited delivery are borne by the customer.

  • Delivery timeline may vary and is subject to change.

 

Multiple Shipments

  • Orders may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate parcels.

  • You will be informed in advance via email/WhatsApp.

  • No extra shipping charges apply for split shipments.

 

Important Shipping Terms

Delayed or Lost Orders:

  • Domestic orders: considered lost after 15 business days in transit.

  • International orders: considered lost after 30 business days.

  • We are not liable for courier delays or Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, etc.).

 

Wrong or Incomplete Address:

  • If returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer.

  • We are not liable for losses due to address errors at checkout.

 

Tampered Packages:

  • If the package appears tampered, do not accept delivery.

  • If accepted, it is assumed the parcel was received in good condition.

 

Delivery Availability:

  • Delivery may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.

  • Courier partners may not call prior to delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
